Each of us yearns to maintain our youthful appearance, energy and good health free from disease and sickness. Our standard diet of today unfortunately consists of highly processed
“foods” that starve the body of nutrition and create difficulties for the
digestive system, which results in colon problems. It’s known in the natural
health industry that over 90% of all human diseases and sickness are from a
congested (constipated) colon. This also accelerates the aging process. Modern
science hasn’t and won’t find a break-through drug that will restore your
health. But they don’t need to. The solution simply is a more natural lifestyle
involving the integration of corrective and preventative measures over time.

Search For The Fountain Of Youth
The secret of the youth has been searched since long time ago. Many
researchers have done some experiments to find ways to slow down the aging
process.
There are some techniques which have been implemented, but the most
important things for us to do are being consistent in implementing healthy
lifestyle and eating habits.
We can’t stop the natural change, but we can still look slow down the
aging process and look Younger Now by exploiting some youth enhancing measures.
Therefore, I’m going to help you with 12 easy steps to make you look
younger:
Step #1: Detox
It’s important to start detoxification, getting rid of toxins from our
body. Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are
exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Thus we
keep piling one cause of disease after another daily into our body system.
There are many corrective measures to detoxify the body and get rid of
many causes of disease and sickness which lead to unnecessarily short life
spans and early aging. Some of these most important measures are as follows:
Lemon Therapy - Clean your blood
The life of a
person is in the blood. Dirty blood is therefore a source of most disease and
cause of poor mental activity. If all human beings had clean blood, the world
would be much more progressive than ever. Due to our bad eating habits and
other causes, our blood is usually impure. And so, as a “younger looks” aspirant,
you need to get over this problem if you are to add some years at the end of
your life.
· To clean your blood, one way is to use lemons. Squeeze ten lemons
into a cup and drink the concentrated juice in the morning after breakfast.· Add neither sugar nor water to your lemon
juice - take it pure.
· After supper before you sleep, squeeze another ten lemons
and do likewise. Do so for at least ten days consecutively. During this 10 day cleansing
period, never eat any meat or anything with blood. Live on a purely vegetarian
diet. For the source of protein use beans, groundnuts, soya products and other
pulses - all these are rich in vital protein. You may have some sort of diarrhea
around the 7th day of your program – this should not worry you, it
is part of the cleansing process and it may only be once off.
· After this cleansing period, you will feel a better

school examinations, try and do this about two weeks before examinations and

Consuming 3 – 5 salads per day not only helps you look younger, but it also adds years to your life, gives you energy, and helps you lose excess body weight – fast.· Fruit and Veg Daily: Eat at least one fruit every day and a variety of vegetables daily. Care should be taken not to take fruits and vegetables in one meal. Beverage
Eating healthy and safe food everyday will make your body fit, slim and also look younger. Try to eat more fish instead of red meat. Fiber food, vegetables, fruits, and supplements are important food to consume. Avoid caffeinated drinks.
